The intrvw panel had 4 members including a lady..Our batch had just 6 members..2 members called it as a drain of resources…All the remaining four of us called population as a asset..had a discussion for 20 mins..
Interview session was very simple thn i thot..
1)you are an Engineer..why banks??
2)Ayodhya verdict?
3)you are selected in SBH..what is the diff btwn SBI and SBH??
4)Budget planning??
5)are all the banks autonomous??
6)i ‘ll give u 10k..plan a home budget for me(the lady asked)
7)What are the improvements and changes u have seen in engnrng and banking industry??
8)why do u want to come to SBI??

Q:Are the banks autonomous??
I answered “No sir,they are under the control and guidance of the RBI”..
Banks are Autonomous…this means that Banks management is Autonomous……..and each and every bank has its own goals and objective and their way of working is also different So each and every bank works autonomously……..RBI only act as a supervisor.
